Vilar Riba at UPFeina 2025: connecting with young talent at UPF

A meeting space with students

From the early morning, our stand received a large number of students interested in learning more about our firm and the career opportunities available. We were able to speak with students from different degrees and master’s programs, especially in business, economics, and finance, who shared their concerns, questions, and future goals with us.

This direct exchange allowed us to share how we work at Vilar Riba, the projects we develop, and the skills we look for in the people who join our team.

Networking and new opportunities

Throughout the day, our space became a networking point where we could exchange impressions, meet diverse profiles, and identify potential new talent. This direct contact with students provides us with an updated view of their concerns and motivations, and reinforces our commitment to developing young talent.

A very positive day

Our participation in UPFeina 2025 has once again been a very enriching experience. We take away valuable conversations, contact with high-potential students, and the satisfaction of continuing to strengthen the relationship between Vilar Riba and the university community.

At Vilar Riba, we want to thank Universitat Pompeu Fabra for organizing the fair and all the students who visited our stand for their interest. We will continue working to offer growth and learning opportunities to new generations of professionals.
