Ricard García, partner at Vilar Riba, interviewed on El 9 FM about VERIFACTU

On November 9th, Ricard García, partner in the tax department at Vilar Riba, had the opportunity to speak on El 9 Matí at El 9 FM, where he shared his experience and insights on VERIFACTU together with Joan Martínez, president of TIC Osona and Chief Operating Officer at Business Tic Consultoria.
During the interview, Ricard explained in detail what the new invoice verification system (VERIFACTU) consists of, a regulation that requires the use of certified invoicing software ensuring the traceability and integrity of every invoice issued.
In this regard, the interview clarified who this new system is aimed at and highlighted that the change will not only affect companies, but also freelancers and micro-SMEs. On January 1st, this regulation will already apply to some of these groups, who will therefore need to adapt their invoicing tools to the new system.
