Tax Team Building 2026: strategy, cohesion and a shared vision

On Wednesday, February 11, the Tax team, together with the Outsourcing, Administration and Reception teams, held a team-building day at Casa Ricart, an ideal setting to start the year with energy, alignment and a shared vision.
The session began with an annual review of the Tax & Outsourcing area, where we analyzed the evolution of the past year, the current situation and the strategic priorities for 2026. It was a key moment to align on objectives, reinforce our sense of direction and consolidate our collective commitment to the challenges ahead.
Beyond analysis and planning, the day also included an activity designed to enhance cohesion, communication and teamwork. These dynamics allow us to step away from our daily routines, share new perspectives and strengthen bonds among people with different roles and responsibilities.
The gathering concluded with a shared lunch in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, encouraging informal conversations and stronger connections among colleagues. Moments like these remind us of the importance of building a team not only through strategy, but also through trust and personal relationships.
These types of sessions are part of how we understand our project: creating spaces to reflect, align and grow together. We begin 2026 on a solid foundation, with ambitious goals and the conviction that teamwork is the best driver to achieve them.
